The Management Efficiency Unit is the in-house
management consultancy organisation of the Government of Malta.
It is constituted as a separate organisational entity within
the Office of the Prime Minister and is primarily tasked with assisting
Government Ministries and Departments in the development and implementation
of effective change management strategies intended to lead to the
improvement of Government Services.
